Our Drivers and vehicles follow the RHA (Road haulage Associations) safety and insurance policies, to ensure your goods are covered whilst there in safe hands. Customers with strict POD’s (Proof of Delivery) guidelines can be scanned onto our in-house system. We service local, small and blue chip business on deliveries locally in the Northwest and North East and Nationwide. Our customer's products can range from one loaded pallet to our standard full load, using various trailers to suit each job.

10 step guide - For anyone new to Haulage or the service we provide, below is a basic example of the order process, from start to finish:
1. Customer Details
Load - Quantity - Weight - Location - Destination - Date - Time (if specific).
4. Booking order
An official booking ordered will be raised and the customer will then be requested to quote a booking reference which is linked to the load.
7. Vehicle loaded
Once loaded the driver will check that the load/goods are secure and safe before leaving the collection site
2. Vehicle Specification
Our Traffic office will recommend the appropriate truck or trailer for your goods.
5. Job time/Date
These will be confirmed by phone/email
8. Delivery point
Once the driver/trailer has arrived, we request that the customer's staff/supplier unloads the trailer with sufficient onsite assistance
Based on the previous confirmed customer detail load and dates - Any changes later are subject to possible cost adjustments.
6. Collection point
Once the driver/Vehicle arrives sufficient staff must available to load the vehicle within a reasonable time frame. There are limited vehicles that carry dedicated forklift trucks (Moffit's) we recommend a forklift truck driver at both collection and delivery points.
9. Proof of Delivery
POD as its abbreviated - The driver will request one of the customer/suppliers goods in team sign the delivery note. This requirement is a compulsory requirement on all jobs/orders.
10 - YOUR JOBS COMPLETE!
An invoice email/letter will be sent to you for the final payment within the agreed time frame set out in the quotation.
